Hello All,
I am on H-1b and my wife is on H-4 presently. We are about to apply for our I-140/485. My wife is planning for a visit to india by the end of sept. She has a valid H-4 Visa till end of 2004 and the I-797 for the same.
Is there any other document that she needs to carry in order to return back. I heard that you need to have your original I-485 recipient otherwise there is a big delay at the airport. Please advice/help
