hi,
I am currently on my OPT and looking for full time work.
Meanwhile, two of the consulting firms wants me to do short- consulting assignment for them in Sudan (30 days) and Mozambique (40 days).
My question is :
1. Can I be stopped from entering back in USA since I don't have employment in USA ?
2. Or would these assignments be considered employment since they are for American firms and I am making presentations and submitting reports to them in Washington DC.
Any help in clarifying the risk I am taking would be greatly appreciated .
