RD:09/06/01 ND:10/10/01 EAD/AP:12/18/001
Hi Folks,
Recently I\'ve got EAD/AP for me and my dependents and we are not using EAD as of now. But my H1B Status/Visa and my dependents\' H4 Status/Visa expires by March 01, 2002.
Now We\'re planning a vacation to India in June 2002 and come back to US after a month. Our company agrees to extend the H1B Status for me only, as my dependents have got EAD/AP. So I plan to get my H1 Status extended and Visa stamped.
Though technically, it all seems to be okay, I\'m not sure whether we can go for vacation to India. So, my questions are:
1. Is it safe to travel outside US while I-485 adjustment is going on ? What are the risks involved in it ?
2. Can I use my H1 Visa to enter back to US, while my dependents use AP ? Will there be any problems ?
