Travel Duration on Advance Parole

Will traveling outside USA for 3 month, when I485 is pending and Advance Parole is approved cause any problems at re-entry ?

Will it make them suspicious I have abandoned I485 or employment or is there a limit on duration in AP

As long as you have "valid AP" or "H1B", within the validity of your documents you CAN live outside of USA. AP clearly mentions, you can travel within the validity of AP. The dates are mentioned on the AP. It is valid for one year.
