Hi

I got my GC recnetly, and my son is still in I- 485 status, he is 4 years old. My son's Travel document has expired in Sept'03. We are visiting India shortly, Can anyone share their idea/experience about I-131, can we get the advance parole on the same day if we apply for it in person at a local INS center < Newark, NJ>
