I have applied for our travel document renewal on 2nd week of Feb 2003. I have applied for I485 a year ago. Last weekend my I got msg from INS website saying that they sent RFE. My husband already left to India and we thought that we will get Travel document by this month end.
My husband has H4 Visa stamping from my previous employer until 24th March 2004. Can he able to use his old H4 visa stamping to enter into US? He is dependant and not working anywhere.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
