Hello,
I am actually studying in France. My family ( Parents and sister ) started living in the US since 6/2011 on a Alysee/Refugee status and they are now permanent resident. Now I want to join them in the US, we already filed the petition, it got approved and I am now waiting for their further instructions. The thing is, this procedure normally takes like months to proceed, but I want to join my family as soon as possible, due to some personal reasons. So is there any way to obtain a travel document to enter the USA before the visa gets approved ?
