Travel Document (AP) Question

I just checked my case status and found out my second EAD was approved, but the Advanced Perole application information showed that it will need 240-270 days to get a approval. What is that? why NSC need 240 days to get a simple AP approval? Doesn't make sense. Anybody get an idea?
 
Don't rely on message...Its crap...You should get yr AP approval soon..Same message was there for my AP too,but it got approved in 2 months...So relax and wait for yr approval... :)
 
I have an approved EAD (which expire only next April 2009) and a pending 140/485 case. I have an expired B1/B2 visa. Can I apply for a AP. Is there any danger for me to travel out of country with a AP, but no current visa?

So you converted the 'B' visa to some 'dual intent temporary' visa and got your I-485 filed. I don't think there are any problems as long as you maintained status.
 
Do EAD renewal will trigger LUD on I-140 ?

Really, i'm not sure whether they had revoked or not. But i hope not. My question is that... is there will be LUD on approved I-140 when we apply for the EAD renewal. If anyone experienced the same please share the information here.

By the way if any NOID/RFE issued for my I-485 due to I-140 revokation...i suppossed to receive that information to my address right ?. I've submitted G-28 representing one lawyer. Whatever happens to my I-485...legally...the law firm should let me know...since i've paid them the all the fees.

I140 Question

Hello all ,
My I140 Filed on June'07 (EB2)from Nebarska Center ,Now processing date is July 2007 , My I140 status is still pending. Any body know..how nebarska will process each case , is there any order ?
Iam planing to goto india in DEC and planng to use AP.
Can I travel using AP .
Please let me know.
