Sorry if this is wrong forum to ask for this. But I am looking for any body that are travelling in Qatar Airlines on July 14th from HYD to DC and can help my mother mostly filling up embarq/I94 forms.

On the day of departure, go to air port few hours early. I think you should be able to find some one who can help you. I do not think that it should be of concern.
