Question for travel of spouse back to US on H4 visa.
Here is my situation/case.. Need your help and advice please.
1. Came to US on Company A's visa with H1 for myself and H4 for spouse visa stamping on passport valid till 2009.
2. After a year with Company A joined Company B with H1 and H4 transfer, I-797 and I-94 approval in May 07 valid till 2010.
3. After approval from Company B, Company A sent letter to USCIS in Jun 07 to cancel their H1 visa.
4. Spouse traveled to India in Oct 07.
5. Applied for transfer to Company C in Oct 07, received receipt number for transfer to Company C.
6. Spouse returning to US in Dec (H4 visa) with I-797 and I-94 from Company B and my letter of employment from Company B.
Can spouse travel to US in such a situation with all the above mentioned documents and H4 visa stamping on passport of Company A?
