I am currently working on EAD, 485 pending since 2003 (EB3 India). With each travel auth application the INS sends us 3 travel documents, and during re-entry to US, the INS Officer stamps all 3 documents.
I was wondering does this limit your travel out of US to 3 / yr or can you travel in and out as often as you want. My current project will require me to go out of US every 4-5 weeks and I just wanted to double check.
Also should I be concerned if I file AC21 with a startup company - approx 100 empl in 4 offices (the holding company has a 25yr history with 1200 employees). So my original application was filed while I was working for a established company with over $2.4B in revenue. Now I am about to file AC21 working for a startup. 485 pending for almost 4 yrs now.
