Travel and I140 RFE/Denial

My Advance Parole(AP)and EAD is approved for the
family and planning to go to India on AP but my I-140
is still pending at NSC (Nov 14, 2006 is the current date and my date is Dec 14, 2006) ,H1-B1 and H-4 visas are not
stamped on passports

Question--Can me and my family still go to India on
AP between Nov 15 and Dec 15.?

Question- and Can i (with my family) re-enter USA if
my I-140 is DENIED or RFE is issued while we being in
India?

I would return to the U.S. on obtaining H-1B/H-4 visa stamps on the passports in such a case. Generally, a I-140 denial will not immediately impact the AP. Can someone ellaborate on this?
 
Your EAD, AP and I-485 will get cancelled with I-40 denial. You should go for H-1 stamp if your 140 is not approved.
