Hi, Guys , please give me some advice. your help very much appreciated !
My NIW I485 is pending.( ND August 14, 2002). I really need to travel to my home country (use AP) for business reasons. Currently I am in H1b visa, however I might have to quit my current job in US eventually if the business needs in my home country make me stay longer, and I am afraid I wont be able to convince my US boss to keep the job for me.
So question is :
what should I do if I got 485 RFE asking for my empolyment letter and 3 months paystubs, which is quite normal in most cases, though no job requirement is needed in NIW cases ? Is My GC in big trouble ?
