Travel after stamping

Folks,

Need your advice. I just confirmed from lawyer that they recd the original approval leters for me,my wife and kid. After we get our stamping done , Is it ok to travel to India for a period of 6 months. My wife needs to submit her Thesis which could take that long. BTW only my wife and kid would be going.

Any advice would be welcome.

It should be OK. It will help if they can return within 6 months, though.
