Travel after PP stamping.

Hello,
My family got PP stamped recently, and have travel plans. What are the documents that we need to carry when re-entering US? Its a vacation trip just for a month or so. Stamp itself in PP are not very clear, does that matter? Any tips or insights will be appreciated.
 
I travelled to India last month. I was sent to 2nd inspection, No questions asked.
Better carry approval letter, nothing more.
