Here is my situation and I need your help:
My H1B transfer was filed in October '04 and I started working with the new employer. I traveled to India during January '05. While I was in India, my new employer informed me that H1B is approved, but I travelled back by the previous visa only. One of the attorneys say that I need to file for an amendment. I don't understand what to do?
