Guys,
This is my first post. I have been a silent visitor to the site and have been visiting regularly and learning a lot.
Cheers to all who have been helping out people.
I have a very minor confusion which won't need gurus but any advice would be very helpful to me from the forum.
I want to travel to canada first week of september. I have a valid H1 till Nov and EAD and AP. I haven't notified my employer yet about my EAD.
My question is what document should I use to get in ? I am driving to canada. Do they take away the I-94 at the border ? Because when I went there earlier, they didn't. Not sure about post 9/11 scenario. If they take it and give me a new one when I get in, would it be a problem later on ? Would it be ok if I still use my EAD and AP to get in ? or I should not even mention about it, just show my H1 and get in.
Please advice as I need to make plans.
