I-485 PD Sep 2001 Rd Sep 2005 pending with NSC (Transferred from VSC March 07). I am still on H1 and have stamping until 2009 in my passport with 3 years of extension after 6.
I have an assignment in Brazil, will be leaving for 6 months assignment and travelling back and forth every month for one week stay at home.
Let's say if i get my GC approved by gods grace with the availability of visas in October, what kind of precautions that needed to be taken care to travel back to US when i am in brazil. Application with no spots and NC cleared and confirmed from Infopass IO.
