I am scheduled to have my fingerprinting (I-485 process) done in a couple of weeks (June 30). I have to travel abroad two weeks after fingerprinting and plan to return in two weeks (returning July 30). I have a valid H-1B visa that expires on September 30.
Now my question is, can I travel abroad and be admitted back into the US with a valid H-1B, even though there is a chance that my I-485 would be approved while I am abroad! Do I need an Advance Parole to do this!
