My wife is on F-2 visa and there is a company who is ready to sponsor her H1b. The problem is that we have to go to our home country due to family reasons.
We are thinking of going for premium processing so that she can get her H1 apporval and then travel and come back on F-2 (in July ) because she has to maintain her F-2 till October 2006.
Would she have any problem at the port of entry?
Do the people at port of entry would be able to see her H1B approval?
