My case is transferred to San Jose, CA on 02/03. I don't know what is going on but it looks like USCIS is decided to give me a hard time. I recently replied to my 2nd RFE and now the case is transferred to San Jose.
Can anyone throw some light on this interview process like how long it takes to schedule an appointment in San Jose? I looked at the processing date for I-485 in San Jose. Now they are processing cases with receipt notice dates of July 2004. My receipt notice date is Feb 2002.
Anyone else in the same boat? Any recent experiences would certainly help. Thanks in advance.
