Transmittal notice

Hi Guys,

I received a Transmittal notice from EDD California, saying that they have completed the processing and my case has been transferred to US DOL, San Francisco.
What does this basically mean? Has my labor approved

Please advice

Your case approved for state and forwarded to regional DOL for federal processing.

It just mean that you have been forwarded to a looooong never ending DOL queue...

Thanks for the info. Which is the difficult stage to get an approval for - State or federal?

Nothing is difficult if enough advertising/recruiting/justification has been done ,,,, only the waiting time due to backlog sucks !!!

It really sucks.. DOL is processing Dec 2002 cases currently...I am far behind.. I heard somewhere, that state processing is the main stage where objections/denials/clarifications can take place. Federal processing is much less problematic. Is that true?
I also heard that if state is cleared, its just a matter of wait for federal (DOL) to get approved.
