Hello,
I am currently in my OPT, starting January 16th. I have a question regarding the joining. Will there be a problem with immigration in the future while I am returning back from my home country, if I join the company as an intern on January 16th and then onboard the company as a full time employee on January 27th. It's the same company. just the change in status of employment both are full time 40hrs. What documents need to support this transition.
