Transit VISA via PARIS

Folks,
I just got back from India on AP, I didn't take any transit visa for PARIS and I didn't have any problems what so ever travelling on AP.

FYI I flew from Newark to BOM via PARIS using AirIndia. At Paris they did check our passports and looked at the AP document but they didn't ask any question what so ever

Is this the Same plane ? Or you haveto disembark and board again at Paris

Is this the Same plane all the way tp Mumbai & Back ? Or you have to disembark and board again at Paris on way to Mumbai & return !!

BunnyGc, please check your PM, I replied stating you don't need a transit visa when you are flying from AI flight BOM-PARIS-EWR, they don't let you go out from the plane but they do check for the passport and AP.
