Transit Visa requirement

Hi,

Recently, I heard a lot regd. visitor/ transit visa requirement if traveling through London (British Airways).
My question is…
I have a valid Visa till 2005 (AOS pending at VSC, ND – Feb. 2003) and I’m planning to travel my home country this month end via London, Do I need transit Visa for London?

P.S: I’ll also check with British Airways as soon as I get my my confirmed tickets.
 
Why will you post a question, if it has been answered so many times?. Do a search on Transit visa in this forum or go to britainusa.com. A simple search on google will give your answer.

To answer your question,
If you are using the H1, no transit visa is required.
If you are using EAD and AP, transit visa is required as basically they are finding a way to make money by purposely failing to recognize the AP...
