Transit Visa Question

Hi CP Gurus,

My H-1 visa stamping in my passport expired on June 2003 and before I could send it to Revalidate they stopped restamping the Visa here. I might to go to India in December 2004 or January 2005 for my CP interview. My question is do I need to get a transit visa or is it ok if I show my H-1 papers which are valid till May 2004. Also any suggestions for least hassle way to travel from Denver will be appreciated.

Depends on where you are transiting. If the country requires transit visa, your H1 approval papers are of no use. If they don't then also the H1 approval papers are of no use.

Also any suggestions for least hassle way to travel from Denver will be appreciated.
