Hi,
Today I took an emergency advanced parole based on the medical condition of my father. I am planning to travel by singapore airlines in 3 days. I have 18 hours stopover in singapore and they will put me in a hotel. do I need a transit visa? I dont have time to apply for transit visa in advance. can I take a transit visa in singapore airport?

Yes, you will be able to get a transit visa at the Singapore airport. The immigration officer might want to see your advanced parole.

Can you let me know how you were able to get AP in phoenix office? I tried to get AP for emergency and they told me that I have contact California service to get emergency parole. Let me know how you were able to get Emergency Parole.
