Transit Visa in Germany for > 90 days

Hello Friends:
When we use AP To travel to India do and if the travel has a return date > 90 days do we need to Take Visa twice(Once in USA) & ONCE IN India.

That sucks b'cos $47 for everytime.

Please help me to get this info
