Transit visa for UK if i have a conditional GC

Hello,
I was wondering if i need a transit visa if i have a connection flight in London?
I have Serbian passport and conditional green card. I saw that if you have GC you are fine, what about conditional gc?

There's no difference between a green card and a conditional green card.
They just have different expiration dates.
