My I485 was recently approved and my passport got stamped, and I am still waiting for my Green Card to come. I need to transit in Vancouver. Do I need to apply for a Canada Visa for this purpose?
I had very bad experience with Canadian Immigration Officer years ago when I flied into Vancouver for applying US visa. At that time, a valid
I-94 still guaranteed a re-entry without a new visa. But the immigration
lady insisted I need a new visa for re-entering US and kept my family
and me in the immigration office for a very long time.
