I need help before i talk to my recruiter tomorrow. Would really appreciate a fast help from someone. My question is:
I am an employee of the recruiter and worked for the client. My H1 work visa is expected to come January. Before my visa comes, can i change my company because i am on OPT till May 31( since my recruiter may not be able to find a new project or want to keep me on bench). Can i get my visa transferred even while it is processed. This might not be likely, but do let me know if you have any idea.
In short, can i change my company inbetween the time my visa is filed and the time it is approved. Because the new company may not be able to file it for the current year since the quota has run out.
