Hi, I'm currently studying diploma in Canada as an International student and I will finish my course in August. Can i transfer my college from Canada to USA for further studies?

Yes, but you would first have to find a university willing to take you as a student and then apply for an F1 student visa to be able to study in the US. If by “transfer” you mean the usual meaning of transferring some of your courses to complete an undergrad degree at US college, bear in mind the educational systems are different and you may have to repeat some courses or do courses you wouldn’t need to have done in Canada.
