Transferred my I485 Application to Newark

Hi,
My 485 case got transferred to Newark, NJ local INS on Jun 28, 2004. My filing date of 485 at VSC was July 2002. EAC02247XXXXX

As of June 29, 2004, they are processing Oct, 2003 cases.
Can anyone know what this means?

Please let me know how the process will go and the time limit?

Case transfers to a local office usually indicate they require you to do an interview. When you get your notice from the local office it will indicate what documents they want you to bring with you.
