Hi,
My case was recently transferred to San Jose. My case is also a bit complicated. Can someone please suggest what to do?
1. I have an arrest record, case was dismissed and no billed. I forgot to mention this on the 485 form. Can this be percieved as apparent fraud and they can DENY me on the spot?
2. I worked for another company on 1099 and then recently switched back to my parent company whom I initially applied my 485 with. Do you think that is a problem?
Please help. Do you think they are going to DENY my case on the spot? My lawyer is in Atlanta and does not seem to be of much help. Do you think I should switch my lawyers. If so, can someone suggest a very good lawyer in san jose area?
Any personal experiences in San Jose by the way?
