My I-485 filed with the Nebraska Service Center on 09/24/02 was transferred to the Omaha, NE Local Office 07/24/04. I just got my fingerprints completed cleared on 5/27/04:
INFORMATION:
I am single.
No RFE's ever generated.
2 FP's completed and cleared.
2 Approved EAD's. 2nd one Approved 7/13/04
2 Approved AP's. 2nd one Approved 7/6/04.
Questions for any of the experts:
1.Any idea why the case would have been transferred? Are all transfers called in for an interview?
2.Any estimates on what kind of processing time to expect at a local office? Or does it all depend on individual work loads at each of the local offices?
3. Omaha, NE shows they are processing I-485 with RD's of 12/03. Is this date for cases filed in Omaha directly on 12/03, or does this apply to transfer dates as well?
Any expert opinions will be greatly appreciated.
