Hi,
If a case is transferred to local office, then would you have to go to that local office to get your EAD renewed?
In my case, the first EAD I got through mail, but then it was transferred to Milwaukee and then to Omaha, NE. So, everytime I have to renew my EAD, I have to go to omaha, NE to renew it. They take a picture of me, my finger print and then issue my EAD card.
Has anyone had the same problem? Also, how many days before I can apply to renew my EAD if it is transferred to local office? Is it 30 days?
