Guys,
I am a resident of Atlanta Ga with a concurrent 140/485 RD of 03/2004. In July 04 my case was transferred to a local office in Miami. For several months nothing happened and I finally pushed my lawyers to look into it. They got in touch with a AILA rep and an inquiry was placed on my case. The AILA rep emailed my lawyers stating that the cases have been requested back to TSC. In december the LUD on my AP changed for a couple of days and then on the 3rd of Jan I got FP notices from TSC. The online message for my 140,485 and my wifes 485 still say that the cases are in Miami and the LUDs have not changed. Since I got my FPs from TSC, my lawerys are thinking that the case is back in TSC now. They seem to think that it was a clarical error and it has been corrected. However, I have not received any notice saying that the cases are back in TSC and the LUDs haven't changed since the transfer date?
Is there anyone with a similar experience? If your case was forwarded to a local office and then sent back to the service centers please reply to this post and share your experiences. I am trying to figure out if my case is back in TSC or not. It may be that the case is back in TSC and they have just not updated the online message but there is no way to tell.
thanks,
-saras
