Transferred to Atlanta

My friend's I485 case was transferred to Atlanta Local Office from TSC on 3/10/2004.

ND -- 6/18/2001
FP -- 12/1/2003

Does anyone have any information about Atlanta local transfer and interview information?

I-140 is NIW based.

Recently changed address and sent AR-11 to TSC. This may trigger the transfer. Thought it would trigger approval.

Seems Atlanta Local I-485 processing time is 07/2001. Can my friend go to local office request the interview because his ND is before that?

Any suggestions?

Don;t think local offices entertain scheduling interviews in person ...

.. but hey! no harm in trying !!
