I got a message from the Senators office, which were inquiring my case that according to BCIS I will soon be transferred to Newark district office.

The online message hasn't changed it is still the old finger print recieved, case resumed thing.

I have no clue what's going on and my lawyer neither.

Any comments?

No one knows what BCIS is doing. Its good that you contacted the senator and got a reply. I dont know even whats happening with my case. When last time I called BCIS, IIO put an inquiry on my case. Its more then 4 week and no words from BCIS.

By the way how much time the senator office took to find status of your case??

Thanks.

It took them 3 weeks. Which was pretty good. I have hope for an approved instead of the transfer. But at least something happen. I agree with you. jay_gc2001, uncertainty is the worst.

I read on this board, that contacting senators office might result in interviews

Keyword: "might"

BCIS might think .... what's the urgency that this guy has to contact a senator office to process his case? Hence the transfer/interview...
