Hi - this is my first addition to this message board.
Anyway - I'm a July 2007 filer as well! For some reason, my application ended up at the California office instead of the Nebraska office.
I received a Receipt Confirmation from the California OFfice - receipt date July 23rd - and notice date September 21 2007.
I then got ANOTHER notice from them - a transfer notice saying they are sending it to the NEbraska office (due to Nebraska having jurisdiction over where I am located).
The transfer notice has Receipt Date September 21 and Notice date September 24th.
I still haven't got anything from the Nebraska office.
So my question is, for my application, which receipt date will be considered?
1) Initial date on Receipt notice from California, being July 23rd, 2007
2) The Receipt dated listed on the "Transfer Notice" - being September 21
3) OR ... the receipt date that Nebraska will give me, which I imagine will now be in OCtober sometime ... which puts me back a bit and means 2 or 3 months have been wasted??
