transferred cases + FP notices = Preadjudicated?

Is it possible that all transferred cases with 2nd Round of FPs could have been Preadjudicated?

There have been inconsitencies i.e. not all cases were transferred from VSC to TSC. And not all cases that were transferred got FP notices. Just makes me wonder why they started transfering a whole bunch of cases in March and then they sent bulk FP notices in May? Now all of a sudden the cutoff dates move forward in June bulletin. Are these all chain of events tied in some way or form? Has anyone whose PD is not current in June, gotten FP notices recently?
 
huh! As Jackolantern would say .... There are no patterns in USCIS behavior. The only consistency is that they are inconsistent.

Good luck with the process. I too was evaluating if the PD jump to June had something to do with these mass FP notices. It almost seemed like they wanted to get a bunch done before the next many batches file in. That said, all this seemed to happen mostly with VSC to TSC transfers. What about the transfer cases from and to other service centers? Have they too received FP notices?
 
My case was transferred from VSC to TSC in March 07. Received 2nd FP for me but NOT for wife.

Recd. FP2 Notice for Wife after 14 Days

Recd. FP2 Code 3 Notice for self only on Apr 30,2007 for May 12,2007 appointment. Called up TSC, and was told would initiate FP2 notice for wife. Recd. FP2 Code 1 Notice for wife on May 14,2007 for May 23, 2007 Appointment. Don't know whether notice got issued due to my call to TSC on May 5 or happened on its own, but worth a try.

I have been in TSC for a while and I got FP notice recently to. I think they sent them out to everyone.

It is next to impossible to find out what they are upto. Lets hope they are pre-adjucating.

No FP2?

Transferred from VSC to TSC in Mar 07. priority date will be current come Jun 1 (EB3 India). My first and only FP was done in Nov 04, but not received FP2 notice...

Anyone have any possible reasons?

My PD wont be current by JUNE 1 , missed by couple of months, got fp2, code 1 no change in LUD, no idea what so ever, has anyone got LUD change for code 1 without PD being current?
