Transferred cases approved?

I am starting this new thread for cases that used to be in another processing center but have been transferred and approved at NSC? If someone's case is in this situation, please post details. Thanks.

Our cases were also transfered from CSC on Mar. 2nd.
A month ago, damn FBI told me my name check is still pending.

How did you inquire with the FBI regarding your namecheck? Is there a telephone number we can call?

My namecheck has been pending for three years now.

Then they forward the letter to FBI. It does not help a bit.

Mine was cleared. I found it out from my congressperson.

Why do you say so? I have heard from a lot of people on this forum that the First Lady's intervention helped expedite their namecheck.

nothing happened. they forward my letter to FBI. And FBI just say sth nonsence. That is all. NC pending for 22 month now.

My case moved to NSC from CSC.

Case Moved to NSC on: 2-Mar-2007

Let's track to see if anyone gets approval from NSC. I checked another site that says NSC did 646 approvals in Jan v/s CSC did only 32. So hopefully NSC will do a better job that CSC.

Name check delay

This message is for Ginnu & Experts,

I filed my I-485 at VSC in Feb'2006. My case is still pending because of Name check delays.
I contacted local senator and got response from FBI saying that my name check got initiated in Feb'2006 and got cleared in Mar'2006. However I got a different response from local congressman saying that my name check has been initiated in Mar'2006 and June'2006 and the status is pending.
Can anyone know if USCIS submits multiple name check requests?
I'm confused. Experts please advise.
