Transferred case approved?

Like adding salt on the deeply injured wound, my 485 case was transferred to local (Jax, FL). Just want to get an understanding what this means.

Guys, please post your experiences if you had a transferred case(s), you had an interview, or even your transferred cases got approved.

We have seen some guys got the approvals in 2 to 3 weeks after transfers. It depends on the centre, this becomes again another waiting game for some centres. If you browse some previous posts you may get some clue. - All the best.

case transferred 6th Feb. Interview and approval 23rd Feb. Cards received 1st March. Dallas office.

what abt your case, sss234?
The members sheet has you as one of the remaining Aug 2001 filers who has not been RFEd or anything ? What abt your FP, sss234 ?

No sign of approval

My case transfered to Houston office in January. No sign of approval and I also approached congressman to look into it. Even they are not able to get any information for past two weeks.

Hope one day they will look at it.

We are same boat, transferred in Jan 2004. Houston office asked me and wife for FP and RFE (employment letter and W-2) and I did last week. Did you have any notice of FP/RFE from Houston office? What about your RD? I noticed that their processing time was not changed for last 3 months!!!
