I would like transfer my university. I am currently in UNiversity A, and have applied for H4 to F1 transfer i539 application with university A. I got admission to University B, which is much better than A and hence I would like to trasfter to University B starting Spring-Jan 2009. The problem is that my i539 is still pending. What can i do accomplish the trasnfer.
