Transfering my wife's H1 to my company

Guys please guide and help.

Myself on H1 and a GC partner formed a LLC recently. I dont wish to work for this company, but I want to transfer my wife who is already on H1 with another company to our company. Is this possible ?

Can we make her the CEO ? and

Can our company sponsor her GC in the future ?

Well transferring the visa from one company to next is fairly straight forward. Normally INS wont scrutinize it as they would for a new visa. i would suggest to transfer her into similar role as her current job. Later you can make her CEO i guess. not fully kosher, still doable. Please understand there is a risk. sponsoring GC through your company will depend a lot on how the company is doing, if she has special skills, etc.. For example if you try to get the GC sponsored as CEO with one year clerical experience for a company makes 50K, you better need a really, really good attorney. Good luck.
