Please advise me...here is my situation:
Now I'm working for company A.....company B has made my Hb1 transfer and it got approved.
....my question is......is it possible to still work for company A although company B made my H1b transfer to them?...and if it's possible what should I have to do?.......
........I want to still stay with company A because I have an approved LC with them...and now the priority dates advanced ( my priority date is in sept 2005, rest of the world...and now they are processing June 2005, hopes for the best)........is it possible to stay with company A till my priority date becomes current and then apply for I-485, 140, Ead together......and then just leave company A with their permission ...and then work for company B.....is it possible this way?....please please advise me.
