Hi,
Before posting this question i went for search, still i am in confusion with my problem.I am located in india. I am having H1B Visa stamped from my previous employer('aaa.com') as it asked me for a bond i quited and joined in ('bbb.com'). Later i got good offer from another employer and joined in ccc.com. Now my H1B Visa from aaa.com will expired on May 2007 and i am worried about it. And my present employer is no way of interest in placing me in US thoug my profile got good demand in US.
Can i make use of the H1B Visa now???? obviously i need to quit my present job and have to move to US.
Is that possible moving to US if i approach a consultents who does H1B transfer(i am located in India)?
If you find a solution for me , i am very happy and appreciate that you showed a golden way.
