Transfering H1 before Oct 1,2007

Hi,

I am currently working with employer X who has filed for my H1 B application this April. I am currently on my OPT and I was wondering that if I need to change my job, how soon can I change my job after I get my H1 approval? Do I have to wait till October for the H1 to kick in and then change the job or can I change my job once I get an approval before October 1st. I really appreciate your help and would be glad if someone could help me answer my query.

yes....u can transfer

actually u can transfer ur H1B WITHOUT PAYSTUBS ....u dont need to wait till oct 1st....my only concern though is find out if you will get a new I-94 or not.....if u get it's kool.....if u dont.....i think u need to go out of he country to get it stamped before u start working for ur new employer....
