Interview date: Dec 3, 2004 at 7:30am
arrived at: 7:25am

History about my case:
ND/RD - Oct 2002
Texas Service Center
File Transferred: Sep 6, 2004

I started working for the client from Feb 2004 using EAD. My prev employer who filed I485 was from Atlanta.

Officer called me in at 8:15am. Took my fingerprint. Asked my W2s and tax returns for past 3years. last 3 paystubs.

office Question: Whoes my petitioner?
Ans: I told my prev. employer name

office Question: Does my company have branch in Atlanta
Ans: NO, it's my prev. employer

Officer Question: Why did I leave the petitioner when application was pending.
Ans: I joined my client after working for 3years on contract.

Myself: I told the employer, I'm working on EAD
Officer Ans: EAD got appoved based on my prev. employer something.

Now officer took an pieve of paper started writing about start and end date of prev. employer, posiiton and duties. Then my current employer, position and duties. I already gave the current employment letter.

Then he said per law, since there's a change of employment he need to review. Will take about 30days.

Now I don't know what he's going to come up with..

Anyway will wait and see for the results.
