Is there any cases transferred from VSC to NSC? It may help to track approvals time frame. Please post here

Nebraska consolidated tracker, we have Excel spreadsheet which we update at last two times in a week.

It could help all of us to understand where NSC approval queue is.
You could continue to update VSC tracker.

Follow the example of garp whose case was moved from VSC to NSC.
and published the approval info on NSC tracker

My understanding is that VSC cases with RD > 12/2005 were moved either to TSC or to NSC.
 
after transfering from VSC to NSC, RD/ND remains same or should we consider transfer date to NSC as our new RD/ND ?

anyone has any idea ?

Hi guys,

My case also moved to NSC from VSC today 5/17.

My case RD:09/29 ND:12/2/2005.Got EAD's/AP's.

My labor is PERM approval filed last year 07/2005 approved on 08/2005 on EB2.I have income of more than $70K last year.

I hope it is not going to be bad.I spoke with my attorney today.He told me " this is not bad sign".

Transferred to NSC

My I-140 transferred to NSC Yesterday. Another LUD today what does that mean ?
 
Mine got transferred on May 5th 06 and updated May 18th 06.

On May 18, 2006, your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received here for processing. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
What does it mean ? NSC is started processing my application ?

My 140 app got transfered from VSC to NSC. The receipt date at VSC was 01/10/06 and the file was transferred on 5/18/06 to NSC. The receipt date at NSC is 5/24/06. Does this mean that NSC will process per based on the 5/24 date or the initial receipt date at VSC (1/10/06). Anybody have any idea?

Found that some one who applied 140 (EB3) @ VSC by 2/20/06, got transferred to NSC, and approved last week.
So, what you think is wrong I believe.
 
140 got approved

PD : 01/11/2006
VSC Applied date : 02/20
VSC to NSC : -05/05
NSC RD : 05/17
NSC AD : 05/26
